PMO Analyst – Project Management & Data Analytics

About the role

The PMO Analyst will support project and portfolio management activities across Al-Futtaim Technologies, combining strong PMO expertise with data analytics and AI to deliver accurate insights and improve decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, tracking, reporting and governance across the portfolio.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action trackers and portfolio dashboards.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, resources and KPIs.
• Prepare regular management and executive‑level status reports.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees and portfolio reviews.
• Follow up on actions, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, processes and reporting requirements.
• Analyze project and portfolio data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards and management reports.
• Create meaningful KPIs and metrics to measure performance and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO, project reporting or portfolio management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
