Pool & Beach Waiter

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm, a luxury beachfront resort in Dubai, as a Pool & Beach Waiter. You will deliver exceptional service to guests enjoying the pool and beach areas, ensuring every detail of their experience reflects the brand’s commitment to joy and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate courteously with guests and team members at all levels.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages, including bar and sake selections, with confidence.
• Carry trays and plates safely while maintaining a polished appearance.
• Read tables, anticipate guest needs, and adjust service flow accordingly.
• Explain the outlet concept and menu items to guests.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the food, beverage, and bar menus.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a pool, beach, or resort waitstaff role.
• Strong bar knowledge and familiarity with food service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with high‑profile clientele.
• Fluent English; additional language(s) are a plus.
• Dynamic team player able to work under pressure while delivering high‑standard service.
