Powerpoint Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Powerpoint Specialist to work remotely on complex business tasks that simulate Fortune 500 environments. The role involves creating, editing, and evaluating high‑quality Office Open XML documents, primarily .pptx files, in collaboration with advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic business scenarios using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Collaborate with a large language model (LLM) to generate, edit, and refine presentation files.
• Assess two LLM‑generated deliverables per task and select the most accurate version.
• Create detailed prompts and tasks that would normally require multi‑hour effort without AI assistance.
• Conduct structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of business documents.
• Support cross‑functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing across various industries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of recent experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong exposure to Excel and Word.
• Proven track record in professional business document creation and review.
• Experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience working with LLMs or AI‑powered tools is highly desirable.
