PPC Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands‑on PPC Manager to lead large‑scale paid search campaigns for a global technology and SaaS business. You will own strategy, execution and optimisation across multiple international markets, managing a monthly ad spend of over $1M.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the global PPC strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing and other search platforms.
• Manage and optimise a $1M+ monthly paid‑search budget, ensuring pacing, forecasting and efficient spend allocation.
• Build and maintain complex account structures, including Search, Performance Max and other Google products.
• Design keyword, match‑type, bidding and audience targeting frameworks, as well as negative keyword lists.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and overall revenue.
• Analyse performance at market, campaign, keyword and audience levels to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with analytics, marketing, product, content and sales teams to align PPC activity with commercial goals.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution and reporting across all markets.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, automation and AI‑driven bidding technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on PPC/paid‑search experience.
• Proven track record managing very large budgets (>$1M monthly).
• Strong background in technology, SaaS or B2B performance‑driven environments.
• Experience running international campaigns across multiple markets.
