PR & Communications Manager – Lead External Communications

About the role

We are seeking a PR & Communications Manager to lead external communications for Haqsons Group, a diversified real‑estate developer in the UAE. The role will shape the Group’s market image through press, storytelling, content, partnerships and brand communication across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy for all Group entities.
• Draft, edit and distribute press releases, announcements and media statements.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists and industry publications.
• Support leadership with executive‑level communications and announcements.
• Identify PR opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.
• Manage content planning and editorial execution across campaigns, social media, websites, brochures and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Write and edit high‑quality copy for brand and marketing initiatives.
• Support partnership and influencer collaborations, creating briefs and ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain consistent tone of voice and messaging across all external touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strong background in journalism, PR, communications or editorial writing.
• Proven experience working in the UAE, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Commercial awareness and ability to translate brand and business direction into compelling content.
• Solid understanding of the UAE media landscape and market dynamics.
