Pre-Sales Engineer

About the role

Act as a technical consultant for sales opportunities, bridging client needs and engineering capabilities. You will work closely with the Dubai team to accelerate enterprise adoption of AI‑powered conversational solutions built on GridStudio’s orchestration platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical demos for enterprise clients
• Support proof‑of‑concepts and pilot projects
• Collaborate with developers to scope integrations
• Assist account executives during proposal stages
• Ensure seamless onboarding for Dubai‑based customers

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in pre‑sales engineering or technical consulting
• Basic Node.js knowledge
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms
• Experience engaging with C‑level stakeholders
• Excellent English communication skills
• Arabic proficiency (nice to have)
• Experience with AI‑powered SaaS products (nice to have)
• Prior work experience in the UAE enterprise tech market (nice to have)
