Pre-Sales Engineer

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Engineer bridges technical solutions and customer needs, supporting the sales process from discovery to proposal. You will work closely with sales, product development and clients to design, present and validate solutions that are technically viable, cost‑effective and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer requirements through discovery sessions.
• Design tailored technical solutions and create detailed proposals, presentations and documentation.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos and proof‑of‑concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Address client objections, answer RFIs and support the sales team throughout negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in pre‑sales, solution design or related technical roles.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
