Pre-Sales Technical Solution Consultant

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Technical Solution Consultant will design and deliver advanced connectivity solutions for du and its DataMena platform. You will act as a bridge between customer needs and technical delivery, ensuring optimal value for both parties.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, design and propose bespoke network solutions (DWDM, OTN, LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD‑WAN, SASE) for enterprise and carrier customers.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, partners, hyperscalers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop solution architecture for DataMena initiatives and oversee high‑level design.
• Guide implementation teams during deployment and provide peer reviews on product, service delivery and transition.
• Conduct consultancy and advisory sessions to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Networking or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a pre‑sales or solution‑design role within telecom or service‑provider environments.
• Proven track record delivering advanced connectivity projects and managing large key accounts.
• Strong business acumen and familiarity with the UAE telecom market.
