Preliminary Investigator – Investigations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Preliminary Investigator to join its Investigations team. The role involves documenting incidents, conducting minor investigations, and supporting security operations across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately document incidents and prepare complete security incident reports.
• Collect statements, evidence, and photographs, ensuring proper chain of custody.
• Utilize the Mission Control system to manage incident data and updates.
• Assist external agencies such as police and regulatory bodies when required.
• Provide emergency medical assistance and follow‑up support to guests and employees.
• Perform Security Officer duties, including escorts and guest assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 3 years of guest service experience.
• Preferred prior security, law‑enforcement, or military experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with database programs.
