About the role
ALICA Deli & Wine is assembling a pre‑opening team to launch its new venue in Abu Dhabi. The opportunity covers a wide range of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house positions, from supervisory roles to entry‑level kitchen staff.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise front‑of‑house operations, including bartending, cash handling and guest service.
- Serve as waiter, food runner or steward to ensure smooth dining experiences.
- Prepare and execute menu items as Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or Commis.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all service areas.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet opening timelines.
Required profile
- UAE‑based candidates.
- Relevant experience in hospitality or food‑and‑beverage service.
- Diploma level education.
- Advanced career level.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary range AED 2,000 – 7,000 per month.
- Full‑time, on‑site employment.
