Pre‑Sales Engineer

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Engineer acts as the technical voice throughout the sales process, collaborating with clients, the sales team and internal experts to design and deliver audio‑visual and integrated technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Chief Revenue Officer on business strengths and improvement areas.
• Review quotations for accuracy, style and completeness.
• Prepare tender responses, including pricing, compliance and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and meet response deadlines.
• Answer technical questions, highlight benefits and translate technical details into clear content.
• Produce and review technical drawings, schematics, rack layouts, cable schedules and related documentation.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts and post‑sales installation support.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in pre‑sales, solution design or related technical roles.
• Ability to work closely with sales, engineering and operations teams.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
