Pre‑Sales Engineer

About the role

Join Taurus SA in Dubai as a Pre‑Sales Engineer, bridging our engineering teams and client technical teams to deliver innovative FinTech solutions built on blockchain technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technology services including deployments, configurations, knowledge transfer, upgrades, maintenance and deprecation.
• Lead planning, installation and integration of Taurus solutions in physical, virtual or hybrid environments.
• Provide advanced professional services such as product customization, integration, troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, driving adoption, retention and satisfaction.
• Act as a strategic advisor, advocate customer needs, and ensure knowledge transfer to partners and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and continuously improve documentation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on technical experience integrating products (APIs, Kubernetes, network issues) in complex environments; financial services experience a plus.
• Proven background as a Solutions Architect, Pre‑Sales Engineer or Technical Account Manager with a track record of increasing customer satisfaction.
• Experience with corporate IT frameworks such as virtualization, VDI, backup and application management.
• Strong knowledge of modern DevOps tooling and ability to deploy and integrate solutions into existing production environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and willingness to travel regularly.
