Presales Specialist – Technical Sales (Dubai)

About the role

SearchInform is seeking a Presales Specialist to join its Technical Sales team in Dubai. You will act as the technical authority during the sales cycle, delivering demos, pilots, and proof‑of‑concepts while supporting customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the sale of SearchInform software products (DLP, Risk Monitor, FileAuditor, etc.) as a technical expert.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and PoC engagements to clients and partners.
• Prepare and configure solutions to meet specific customer requirements, including complex customisations.
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, and support teams.
• Train partners and customers on SearchInform products.
• Assist implementation efforts with consultations, requirement analysis, and architectural recommendations.
• Support tender processes by preparing technical documentation and responding to RFI/RFPs.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and seminars.
• Collect client feedback and convey it to the product development team.
• Test new features and create case studies and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Higher education in a technical field such as Information Security, IT, or Telecommunications.
• At least 2 years of experience in presales, systems integration, or technical support.
• General knowledge of information security principles, including DLP, access control, and internal threat mitigation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and business audiences.
