Presales Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Presales Technical Consultant to join Sword Middle East in Abu Dhabi. The consultant will support the sales lifecycle by engaging with customers, conducting technical discovery, designing solution architectures and delivering compelling proposals for enterprise AI, cloud and integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements and solution challenges.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops and solution discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Design high-level solution architectures and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms and implementation approaches.
• Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work, effort estimations and technical presentations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, technology partners and subject-matter experts throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to commute regularly.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in enterprise solutions, cloud, integration and AI.
