Pricing Manager

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Pricing Manager to maximise revenue by defining product availability and setting optimal prices across diverse market segments. You will forecast consumer demand, adjust fares, and ensure revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver monthly revenue performance against agreed targets.
• Set optimal prices per market segment in line with pricing strategy and benchmark carriers.
• Forecast demand for Etihad products at various pricing levels, focusing on high‑demand periods.
• Ensure accuracy of demand forecasts used by the revenue optimisation engine.
• Make daily price and demand adjustments based on market, economic, and competitor data.
• Evaluate pricing requests from commercial stakeholders and negotiate pricing decisions.
• Contribute to customer‑centric product development and manage revenue‑management operations.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent analytical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a numerate, analytical role.
• Strong familiarity with airline systems such as PROS, Origin & Destination Systems, GDS, MIDT, and management accounting reports.
