Pricing Specialist – Aid & Relief

About the role

We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to support the Aid & Relief business in Dubai. The role will manage the preparation and submission of bids, tenders and proposals, ensuring they are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end bid, tender, RFQ, RFP and EOI submissions across commercial, operational and regional teams.
• Maintain bid plans, timelines, action trackers, document versions and submission deadlines.
• Respond promptly to quotation requests with competitive pricing and appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate rates with DHL stations and suppliers based on volume.
• Collect and consolidate inputs from commercial, operations, finance, legal, procurement and country teams.
• Prepare and format proposal documents, presentations, capability statements and supporting materials.
• Verify submissions against customer requirements, internal policies and approval processes.
• Maintain bid templates, content libraries, tender records and opportunity pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Relations or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in bid coordination, tender management, proposal support or commercial administration.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑country or multi‑stakeholder tender submissions.
• Good understanding of freight forwarding products such as air, ocean, road, multimodal transport, customs and supply‑chain services.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Teams and SharePoint.
• Document version control and collaborative editing.
• Excellent written English and professional document‑editing abilities.
