Primary (KS2) Teacher

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary (KS2) Teacher to join Al Ain British Academy in August 2026. The successful candidate will deliver the English National Curriculum to Key Stage 2 pupils, fostering a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school’s Teaching and Learning Policy.
• Create a climate for learning that promotes high expectations and student wellbeing.
• Set clear learning objectives, targets and monitor progress using assessment for learning.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of SEN, EAL and gifted & talented students.
• Utilise performance data and key indicators to inform planning and improve outcomes.
• Integrate ICT tools to enhance learning experiences.

Required profile

• Secure knowledge of the English National Curriculum for KS2.
• Proven track record of raising standards and closing learning gaps.
• Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Understanding and appreciation of the cultural values of the region.
