Primary Teacher (Start Aug 2026)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join GEMS Wellington Academy in Silicon Oasis starting August 2026. The role involves delivering the primary curriculum to a diverse student body while upholding the school’s values of unity, aspiration and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary year groups.
• Build positive relationships with students and support their wellbeing.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to school improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and assess student progress.

Required profile

• Hold a BEd, Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching at primary level.
• Growth mindset, reflective and solution‑focused approach.
• Willingness to collaborate and share outstanding practice.

Required skills

• Strong evidence‑based teaching pedagogy.
• Ability to bring creativity and fun into lessons.
