About the role
International Community Schools is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join its Al Maharat Private School campus in Abu Dhabi. The role starts in August 2026 and involves delivering the United Kingdom curriculum to young learners in an inclusive, supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with UK curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (BEd, MEd preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in primary education.
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, culturally sensitive learning environment.
