Entrepreneurship Facilitator Trainer

About the role

Brinc is hiring Entrepreneurship Facilitators/Trainers to deliver a cohort‑based entrepreneurship program in Abu Dhabi for aspiring founders and early‑stage entrepreneurs. Sessions, coaching, and mentoring are conducted bilingually in Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive workshops on ideation, MVP development, customer discovery, and pitching.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to startup founders throughout the program.
• Maintain a supportive learning environment tailored to participants’ needs.
• Monitor participant performance, collect feedback, and produce regular reports.
• Adapt existing workshop content and materials to ensure relevance and impact.

Required profile

• Available for in‑person delivery of workshops and mentoring in Abu Dhabi.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience as an entrepreneur, startup mentor, facilitator, or entrepreneurship educator.
• Strong workshop facilitation and public speaking abilities.
• Solid understanding of early‑stage startup development and entrepreneurship principles.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
