Principal Consultant – AI Program Management

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Consultant to join our Consulting team and help Dell Technologies customers tackle strategic, organizational, and business challenges through AI-driven solutions. Based in the UAE, you will translate AI strategy into concrete execution, manage delivery across internal and external teams, and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to fast‑moving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert on AI technology transformation and industry trends.
• Craft, evaluate, and negotiate statements of work for AI programs.
• Lead discovery phases, develop architecture designs, and create roadmaps.
• Quantify value realization and present business cases to senior executives.
• De‑risk investments, accelerate outcomes, and ensure delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a program‑management consultant leading complex AI initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, partners, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering structured, high‑impact consulting engagements.
