About the role
We are seeking a Principal Fraud Consultant to act as a strategic advisor for banking and financial services clients, helping them strengthen fraud strategies, optimise solution performance, and maximise value from fraud and risk solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Develop fraud strategies, improve solution adoption, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on fraud prevention, identity, authentication, and digital risk solutions.
- Analyse fraud trends and solution performance to recommend improvements.
- Partner with Account Managers to support customer retention, growth, and solution expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to influence product and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Mentor colleagues and help shape customer engagement standards across the team.
