Principal Strategist

About the role

As a Principal Strategist you will partner with senior executives to design and deliver industry‑aligned digital transformation advisory engagements. You will apply ServiceNow methodologies to uncover business challenges, shape multi‑year roadmaps and build compelling business cases that drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customer leadership to understand goals, pain points and strategic priorities.
• Document and present insights, recommended solutions and detailed roadmaps to executive audiences.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables that articulate strategic agreements and justify investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to define account plans, sales strategies and value‑realization pathways.
• Identify and develop new intellectual property such as best‑practice guides, white papers and workshop content.
• Enable ServiceNow consulting teams with a business‑focused approach to sales and delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as a management consultant or strategy manager with exposure to cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects for large enterprises.
• Experience working in major industries such as financial services, telecom, manufacturing or retail.
• Strong ability to build C‑level relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Executive presence, analytical mindset and comfort with public speaking and facilitation.
