Pre-Sales & Delivery Architect – OutSystems Certified

About the role

Join OutSystems in Dubai as a Pre‑Sales & Delivery Architect, bridging sales enablement and high‑end project execution for enterprise customers across EMEA. You will design technical blueprints, validate AI‑driven solutions, and lead the delivery of complex low‑code and agentic AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Solution Delivery Managers to translate business discovery into multi‑phased Statements of Work and technical roadmaps.
• Design and execute Proof‑of‑Concepts, architectural spikes, and AI‑readiness assessments for Agentic AI integrations.
• Act as the trusted technical authority during sales cycles, influencing Enterprise Architects, CTOs, and other decision‑makers.
• Lead billable customer engagements as the Lead Architect, owning the technical blueprint for OutSystems applications and multi‑agent AI ecosystems.
• Perform code and architecture reviews, ensure delivery quality, security, scalability, and oversee integration standards.
• Implement LLM orchestration, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and Human‑in‑the‑Loop workflows on live projects.
• Package learnings into reusable delivery playbooks to accelerate future engagements.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, technical pre‑sales, or delivery within an IT professional services environment.
• Proven ability to win complex software deals and successfully deliver high‑value enterprise applications.
• Strong consultative and challenger mindset, comfortable guiding clients toward scalable AI‑native patterns.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Required skills

• Deep hands‑on expertise with the OutSystems low‑code platform, including advanced integration patterns and performance tuning.
• Practical knowledge of Agentic AI architecture: multi‑agent orchestration, prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG.
• Experience with LLM orchestration and Human‑in‑the‑Loop workflow implementation.
• Agile/Scrum delivery methodology and estimation techniques.
• Relevant certifications: OutSystems Architecture/Expert Developer, OutSystems Specialist Agentic AI (valued), TOGAF, Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure).
