Key responsibilities
- Prepare sheet‑fed printing machines according to job specifications, verify plates, paper size and ink type, and assist with basic calibration under supervision.
- Collect and stage required paper, ink and plates; confirm specifications against job orders and store unused materials safely.
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks, monitor press cleanliness, feed paper during runs, and check for misprints or alignment issues.
