About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Operator to run our printing machines in the UAE. The role involves preparing jobs, handling inks, setting up plates, and ensuring colour accuracy according to customer specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare jobs according to the Factory Job Ticket (FJT) provided by the Team Leader.
- Fill the printing machine with the correct inks supplied by the ink section or external suppliers.
- Install printing plates and blankets on the machine and set machine parameters following work instructions and guidance from the Lead Operator.
- Conduct colour matching to meet the customer‑approved shade range and adjust machine settings accordingly.
- Perform quality control by providing samples for inspection and first‑sample approval, maintaining parameters throughout the run.
- Monitor the printing process for impression, registration and ink properties, and keep the machine and premises clean at all times.
