About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Operator to run our printing machines in the UAE. The role involves preparing jobs, handling inks, setting up plates, and ensuring colour accuracy according to customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

Prepare jobs according to the Factory Job Ticket (FJT) provided by the Team Leader.
Fill the printing machine with the correct inks supplied by the ink section or external suppliers.
Install printing plates and blankets on the machine and set machine parameters following work instructions and guidance from the Lead Operator.
Conduct colour matching to meet the customer‑approved shade range and adjust machine settings accordingly.
Perform quality control by providing samples for inspection and first‑sample approval, maintaining parameters throughout the run.
Monitor the printing process for impression, registration and ink properties, and keep the machine and premises clean at all times.
