Private Client Advisor – Sales & Leasing

About the role

RE/MAX ZAM is seeking a Private Client Advisor to drive sales and leasing activities in Dubai’s competitive property market. The role involves working with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and investors to generate leads, conduct viewings and close transactions. Ideal candidates have a proven sales background and are eager to grow their real‑estate career with a leading global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, investors, developers and private clients.
• Source suitable properties that match client requirements for both sales and leasing.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media and company databases.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, inspections and market consultations.
• Advise clients on rental values, sale prices, market trends, ROI and investment potential.
• Negotiate leasing or sales terms and facilitate deal closure.
• Maintain an active pipeline of clients and property opportunities.
• Update client records, follow‑ups and deal status in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, real estate or client‑facing business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive lead‑generation mindset and ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities, property types and market pricing trends.
• Motivated, commercially driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
