Processor – Central Operations (Banking Transactions)

About the role

Emirates Islamic is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Processor – Central Operations to join the Operations team in Dubai. The role supports efficient processing of banking transactions while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process operational transactions in line with service standards.
• Provide operational support to branches and internal business units.
• Manage account identification, closure activities and cheque return processes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on documentation and operational matters.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational queries and perform reconciliations.
• Support operational projects, process‑improvement initiatives and User Acceptance Testing.
• Ensure operational accuracy in escrow transaction processing and maintain transaction records for audit readiness.
• Input transaction data into core banking and escrow management systems with precision.
• Update BPM application documentation and support audit activities.
• Prioritise daily workload, update workflow trackers and collaborate to remove bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary Education or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in banking operations or transaction processing.
• Sound knowledge of banking operations, operational controls and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with banking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high compliance and quality standards.
