Procurement and Storage Manager

About the role

You will own the entire supply side of a fast‑growing maintenance service for premium villa communities in the UAE. The role combines procurement, inventory control, fleet management and cost optimisation to ensure technicians receive the right parts instantly.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end procurement: source, compare, negotiate and purchase all materials, parts, tools and consumables.
• Manage stores and van stock: maintain min/max levels, conduct cycle counts and ensure no technician waits for a part.
• Oversee fleet: handle registration, insurance, servicing, repairs, fines and replacement planning.
• Control spend: issue purchase orders, verify goods received against invoices and produce weekly spend reports.
• Equip teams: provide parts, tools, uniforms and standard van load‑outs with same‑day response to requests.
• Prepare new communities: stock stores, kit vans and activate supplier accounts before launch.
• Drive cost savings: track unit costs, re‑tender major categories and report monthly savings.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years experience in procurement, stores/inventory or supply for maintenance, MEP, facilities or construction in the UAE.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai trade market, including wholesalers and early‑morning suppliers.
• Highly organised with accurate stock counts and documentation.
• Proactive owner‑mindset; you chase parts, suppliers and vans without prompting.
• Strong negotiator who routinely obtains multiple quotes and focuses on terms as well as price.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
