Procurement Buyer – Strategic Sourcing in Dubai

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will report to the Senior Supply Chain Project Manager and will be responsible for strategic sourcing, efficient procurement, and cost management to support company objectives in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Control costs, monitor inventory levels, and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform data analysis to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• UAE citizenship (Emirati) with a valid family book.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply‑chain management.
• Strong negotiation abilities and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with procurement software tools.
