Procurement Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities for our maritime and ship‑management operations in Dubai. You will act as the link between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring that all materials and services are sourced competitively and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full procurement cycle from purchase request to delivery.
• Identify and qualify suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, negotiate terms, and prepare recommendations.
• Prepare and process RFQs, purchase orders and related documentation.
• Liaise with vessel, technical, operations, finance and administration teams to capture procurement needs.
• Track deliveries, resolve delays or discrepancies, and maintain supplier performance records.
• Monitor purchase orders, invoices and payment status to ensure compliance with budgets and procedures.
• Support cost‑saving initiatives and maintain audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience in maritime, ship‑management, marine or offshore sectors is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, coordination and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
