About the role
The Procurement Engineer – Civil will support Emarat Aloula Contracting’s civil projects by managing the procurement lifecycle for materials, equipment and services. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and works within a multidisciplinary team delivering oil & gas, petrochemical and infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for civil construction materials and services.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, contracts and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, project management and finance to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality compliance and cost effectiveness.
- Maintain procurement records and support project commissioning activities.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
- Experience in procurement for civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with the oil & gas, petrochemical or power sector is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
