Procurement Manager (Food & Beverage)

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for Pickl’s fast‑casual restaurant network, ensuring the sourcing of high‑quality ingredients, packaging and operational supplies across the UAE and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for ingredients, packaging and operational items, ensuring compliance with quality, cost and sustainability standards.
• Onboard new suppliers and manage purchase orders, inventory levels and timely deliveries to restaurants.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, maintaining up‑to‑date agreements and accurate procurement records.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and quality teams to optimise supply‑chain efficiency.
• Track procurement KPIs, identify cost‑saving opportunities and support regional expansion into new markets.

Required profile

• Proven procurement and supplier evaluation experience, preferably in food & beverage or hospitality.
• Strong contract negotiation and management capabilities.
• Solid analytical skills for cost assessment and data‑driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities and collaborate across countries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
