Procurement Manager – MEP Projects

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for MEP projects in Dubai. You will work closely with project, engineering and finance teams to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality materials while controlling costs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, purchasing and supplier management for all MEP project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, quality and delivery terms with vendors to secure optimal contracts.
- Coordinate with project, engineering and finance teams to align procurement schedules with project timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance, control procurement costs and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
- 8+ years of procurement experience within the MEP or construction industry.
- In‑depth knowledge of MEP materials, equipment and local suppliers in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation, commercial and communication abilities.
