Procurement Officer (Contract) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a contract Procurement Officer to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end sourcing and purchasing process, ensuring that the company obtains goods and services at the best possible value while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost‑effective agreements.
• Analyse procurement data to identify savings opportunities and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand business needs and translate them into procurement actions.
• Maintain accurate records in procurement software and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing and supplier management.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Contract negotiation.
