Procurement Officer – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

Aujan Interiors is seeking a Procurement Officer to lead material sourcing and vendor coordination for its interior design and fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role focuses on procuring interior finishing items, MEP components, furniture and fixtures while ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and purchase interior finishing materials, MEP products, furniture and fixtures.
• Request supplier quotes, negotiate commercial terms and issue purchase orders.
• Collaborate with design, project, estimation and accounts teams to align procurement schedules with project timelines.
• Track supplier performance, manage delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues.
• Maintain supplier records, procurement documentation and ensure compliance with UAE trade regulations.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities while preserving material quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of UAE procurement experience in interior design, fit‑out or construction.
• Practical knowledge of MEP items, furniture, fixtures and interior finishing materials.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP procurement modules.
