Procurement & Purchasing Assistant – Full‑Time (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

AL MENHAZ COFFEE SUPPLIES LLC is seeking a proactive Procurement & Purchasing Assistant to support its daily operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing supplier communications, evaluating quotations, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify suppliers, maintaining strong commercial relationships.
• Request competitive quotations, perform cost comparisons, and draft purchase orders.
• Track active orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and liaise with warehouse and accounts teams.
• Maintain organized purchasing and inventory documentation for audit and accounting purposes.
• Assist in contract negotiations and monitor vendor performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement preferred.
• Immediate availability and Abu Dhabi residency.
• Female candidate with dual‑language proficiency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
