Procurement Trainee – Hospitality Procurement

About the role

The Procurement Trainee will support Radisson Hotel Group’s procurement function in Dubai, assisting with communications, supplier engagement, commercial negotiations and financial analysis to help deliver high‑quality products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with communications to Area Procurement Teams, suppliers, internal departments and project managers.
• Follow‑up on contacts with potential new suppliers and request product samples.
• Initiate commercial negotiations and draft contractual agreements with suppliers.
• Conduct financial analysis on supplier proposals and RFPs for projects, products and services.
• Analyse and monitor procurement data.
• Follow‑up on contract implementation.
• Provide support to the department for international awards in which the company participates.

Required profile

• Interest in the procurement function.
• Analytical mindset.
• Proactive and resilient.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is desired.
