Produced Water Treatment Technology Specialist (IGF, NSF, Hydrocyclone)

About the role

The Produced Water Treatment Technology Specialist provides technical specialist knowledge for assigned disciplines across regional P&L projects, tenders and technology development initiatives. The role also creates training material for regional engineers and supports business development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop products and solutions aligned with local and international market needs together with the APT Manager.
• Support business development in client meetings and prepare competitive technical offers for tenders.
• Deliver timely, high‑quality responses to commercial and technology development projects.
• Execute feasibility studies, conceptual designs and process studies for the assigned discipline.
• Identify process problems, recommend improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and coordinate indirect sub‑ordinates to deliver winning tenders and ensure proper hand‑over to execution teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in chemical/process engineering, specifically in separation and produced water projects for the Middle East.
• Proven experience with HAZOP and SIL studies.
• Strong professional writing skills in English.

• Process simulation tools: HYSYS, UNSIM, Flaresim.
• HAZOP and SIL study participation.
