Product Designer – B2B Web Application

About the role

We are looking for a senior Product Designer to shape end‑to‑end experiences for a B2B web application used by professional users in the financial‑technology sector. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering and business, driving strategy and delivering high‑quality designs from discovery through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering and business stakeholders to define user‑centric solutions.
• Design intuitive, scalable user journeys for complex enterprise and fintech platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity mock‑ups to communicate concepts.
• Lead UX thinking across initiatives, helping teams identify the right problems to solve.
• Contribute to and evolve a robust design system ensuring consistency across products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and customer interviews to validate decisions.
• Translate insights and product data into actionable design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and effectively implemented.
• Incorporate automation and AI features to improve user efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a senior product or UX designer on complex B2B web products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product thinking, UX strategy and visual design.
• Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, fintech, data‑analytics or workflow‑driven platforms.
• Systems‑thinking approach with ability to design scalable experiences across multiple products.
• Proven collaboration skills with product managers, engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability to simplify complex user challenges.
