Product Designer

About the role

Easygenerator, a fast‑growing EdTech scale‑up, is looking for a Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end design of a B2B SaaS product area. You will work closely with a product manager and a tech lead, shaping discovery, flows, interfaces, copy, and the final shipped experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design from discovery to delivery, including user interviews, usability testing, and data‑driven iteration.
• Collaborate daily with a PM and tech lead as part of a three‑person product trio.
• Utilise the company design system, documenting any necessary deviations.
• Implement small UI and copy changes using AI‑assisted code within defined guardrails.
• Present work in weekly design critiques and proactively propose improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product design experience, primarily in B2B SaaS.
• Delivered at least one complex tool (e.g., editor, builder, dashboard) that you have owned and iterated on.
• Demonstrated impact on a measurable metric and ability to explain the source of that metric.
• Fluent professional English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools).
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and core AI concepts.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for reviewing generated code.
