Product Designer

About the role

Our client, an Abu Dhabi‑based technology company developing enterprise security, digital identity and secure computing solutions, is seeking a Product Designer. The role will shape the experience of complex enterprise applications, corporate websites and broader digital presence, working closely with developers, product managers and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product design lifecycle – from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity interfaces and developer‑ready specifications.
• Design polished, intuitive experiences for sophisticated web and mobile enterprise applications.
• Create user flows, interaction models and information architectures that simplify complex functionality.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system, including components, variables, tokens, patterns and documentation.
• Review existing user journeys, identify friction points and iterate designs based on user feedback and data.
• Design for diverse user groups, from technical operators to senior government and business stakeholders.
• Define and evolve the visual identity across products, websites, presentations and marketing materials.
• Design landing pages, campaign assets, pitch decks and executive presentations, providing creative direction where needed.

Required profile

• Senior individual contributor comfortable questioning requirements, spotting gaps and proposing stronger design approaches.
• Ability to view projects from user, business, platform, journey and visual perspectives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise UI/UX work; 3+ years of experience or equivalent portfolio strength.
• Fluent English communication skills.
