Product Manager – Drive Sales & Vendor Partnerships

About the role

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving sales of assigned products, building strong vendor partnerships, and coordinating marketing initiatives across the Dubai market. This role combines strategic product planning with hands‑on channel development to deliver long‑term revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for the assigned product line.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers in every territory to develop optimal channel approaches.
• Conduct market research and gather requirements from existing and potential customers.
• Lead vendor relations and align them with company strategy.
• Identify and engage new partners to expand product reach.
• Prepare and manage complex quotations.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock management.
• Oversee targeted marketing programs and activities.
• Produce sales forecasts and market development reports.
• Provide timely support and resources to partners and customers.
• Build and maintain a robust customer database.
• Maintain and increase sales to achieve long‑term profitability.
• Promote the product and company within the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in channel development and product lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of enterprise backup and data protection solutions.
• Experience working with value‑added distributors or partner ecosystems in the UAE.
• Established network in the UAE channel market.
