Product Manager – Growth

About the role

As a Product Manager – Growth you will own the end‑to‑end lead‑generation performance of dubizzle’s value‑added services funnels, identify bottlenecks and ship data‑driven improvements that increase lead volume and conversion across web, app and paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end lead‑generation performance across inspections, financing, insurance, evaluations and service‑contract funnels.
• Identify choke points, run A/B and multivariate tests and ship improvements that boost lead volume and conversion.
• Design and maintain dashboards, cohort and attribution analyses to surface high‑impact growth opportunities.
• Create wireframes, user flows and mockups in Figma and work with design to simplify journeys.
• Build business cases, maintain the product roadmap and coordinate delivery with engineering and QA.
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, design and engineering to align on funnel priorities and lead handoff quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 4–6 years of product management or growth experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces or classifieds.
• Proven record of improving funnel conversion rates and running structured A/B testing programmes.
• Experience working with cross‑functional engineering and design teams.
• Knowledge of automotive services, fintech, insurtech or proptech is a plus.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Figma for wireframing and mockups.
• A/B and multivariate testing frameworks (RICE/ICE).
• Dashboard creation and cohort/attribution analysis.
