Product Manager II – Marketplace

About the role

Careem is looking for a Product Manager II to join its Marketplace product team in Dubai. The role will initially focus on the ETA (estimated time of arrival) domain across Food, Grocery and Express delivery verticals, shaping strategy and delivering measurable impact throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ETA product strategy and roadmap, aligning goals with Marketplace leadership.
• Drive discovery and delivery for all ETA touch‑points: listing, menu, cart/basket, order confirmation, and live tracking.
• Partner with Data Science to influence model objectives, features, training data recency, and evaluation to ensure business‑relevant outcomes.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear specifications, prioritize ruthlessly, and manage trade‑offs between speed, reliability, and cost.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Analytics and Operations to ship reliable, cost‑efficient experiences at scale.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and execution skills.
• Ability to work deeply with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Experience shaping product strategy and delivering roadmaps in a fast‑moving environment.
