Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will develop and execute product strategies for Hyundai’s vehicle portfolio across the Middle East and Africa, ensuring alignment with regional market needs and overall business objectives. This role contributes to the competitiveness, relevance, and growth of the company’s product line‑up in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support product planning and lifecycle management for MEA markets, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, HQ, R&D, Production, and After‑Sales teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and product opportunities.
• Gather market feedback and communicate customer requirements to HQ and R&D.
• Assist with product launch activities, including market readiness assessments, specification reviews, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Monitor product performance, optimise portfolios, and prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals for management.
• Support homologation activities, coordinate certification documentation, and ensure compliance with GCC, Middle East, and African regulatory requirements.
• Maintain homologation records, support audits, and manage vehicle certification status.
• Provide market intelligence, recommend product improvements, and escalate risks with mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related automotive field; Master’s degree preferred.
