Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Wellfit Masaar’s sporting and training programmes. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape the future of our fitness products and services across disciplines such as Martial Arts, Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for fitness and performance programmes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver new classes, workshops and digital offerings.
• Monitor programme performance, analyse member feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strategic partnerships with coaches, suppliers and community organisations.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team to ensure excellent member experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or programme development within the fitness or sports sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for health and performance.
