About the role
Wellfit Masaar is looking for a strategic Product Manager to lead the development and growth of its sporting and training programs. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will collaborate with teams across Martial Arts, Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training and other disciplines to shape the future of the brand’s fitness offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap and performance metrics for fitness programs.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of existing services.
- Build and lead high‑performing cross‑functional teams.
- Develop strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional member experiences and community engagement.
Required profile
- Ambitious, results‑driven leader with a passion for fitness and performance.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
