Product Manager – Licensing Platform

About the role

The General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) is looking for a detail‑oriented Product Manager to lead the development of a digitised licensing and investigations platform. You will act as the bridge between regulatory experts, developers and business stakeholders to deliver a compliant, user‑friendly solution.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate regulatory and business requirements into product specifications.
• Define product roadmap, prioritize features and manage the backlog.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to keep the platform aligned with best practices.
• Monitor product performance, collect user feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technology‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make data‑driven decisions.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Familiarity with software development life‑cycle processes.
